2026 NASMD Convention Overflow Hotel Info for Attendees

Do you have extra or unassigned rooms at the JW Marriott Turnberry?

If you have booked multiple rooms at the JW Marriott Turnberry under one name, please contact the hotel or NASMD and assign names for the attendees and guests from your company to those reservations.

If you have booked rooms at the JW Marriott Turnberry that you won’t be using or have a cancellation in the run-up to the convention, don’t cancel with the hotel. Email mailt and we’ll handle that for you so the room
can go back into our block.

OVERFLOW HOTEL INFORMATION

NASMD has made arrangements for an overflow room block at the Residence Inn Aventura Miami, directly across the street from the Turnberry and connected by a lighted pedestrian walkway. It is also a Marriott property. The room rate is $319 plus tax per night, self parking is $25. The deadline to book one or more of the limited number of rooms at the Residence Inn is Friday, February 20.

If you already have rooms at the Turnberry but need a room for early arrival on March 17, you can book a room for that night at the Residence Inn, then move over to the Turnberry. Rooms at the all-studio Residence Inn includes full American breakfast and complimentary wifi. Bedroom and separate living area, with kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, silverware, pots, pans, serving dishes, dishes and glasses.)
